All reservations require a (2) night minimum, plus $100.00 (per unit) cleaning fee and 12% state occupancy tax.
Fur babies are welcome but do require an additional $100 (per pet) fee. In consideration of other guests, pets must be leashed and accompanied by an owner at all times.
“Event/Gathering Stays” require a “Full Property Buy-Out” – please visit our “RESERVE OUR RESORT” page for event/gathering stay rates and information. (Please note, groups of 10 or more are considered a “gathering or group. Celebrations are not permitted without the rental of the entire property).
Self check-in details are sent by 2pm on the day of arrival. Self check-in is welcomed anytime after 3pm. Check-out is promptly at 10am. on your final day.
Cancellation terms are as follows;
Cancel within 30 days of booking 100% refundable deposit
Cancel 30 days after booking 50% refundable deposit
Cancel 30 days within stay/event 0% refundable deposit
