The BRR is the perfect venue for intimate Parties, Weddings, Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats or Large Group stays.

At BRR, we offer a unique opportunity for a “Full Property Buy-Out”. You can host your dream event against the picturesque backdrop of the Banana River. 
 
Perfect for your; Corporate Events, Retreats, Group Stays, Family Reunions, Parties, Weddings and more. Our property is 100% private and provides an intimate setting for your events and large group stays. 
 
Ensuring an intimate experience during your private stay you’ll have full access to our property including our outdoor waterfront “Sunset” patio, where you can comfortably host between 10 and 120 guests.
 
For accommodations, we offer 10 fully-equipped villas (ranging from studio-sized up to 2-bedroom), providing a cozy retreat for up to 52 of your nearest and dearest. 
 

                                                              

The resort also offers array of amenities designed for relaxation and recreation. Gather around the fire pit under the starlit sky, sizzle up a feast on the gas grill, or rejuvenate in the outdoor shower. 

Find your perfect spot on the waterside seating, fishing dock, or sunbathing deck. Engage in friendly competitions with yard games like corn hole, ring toss, giant Jenga, and Connect4. Enjoy river access from our private beach area or venture on to our BRR Boathouse stocked with complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and beach toys for endless enjoyment.

Package Options:

3-Day Package: $15,000.00
Enjoy an intimate celebration over three unforgettable days. This package includes exclusive use of our property, accommodations for 52 guests your entire stay, and the serene backdrop of the Banana River.

5-Day Package: $20,000.00
Extend the festivities with our 5-day package, allowing for a more relaxed and leisurely event. Revel in the private paradise of Banana River Resort for five magical days, creating cherished memories with your loved ones.

7-Day Package: $25,000.00
Immerse yourself in a week of blissful celebrations. Our 7-day package offers you ample time to indulge in the natural beauty of our surroundings, ensuring your event stay experience is as stress-free as possible.

Additional Days: $5,000.00 Each
Should you wish to extend your stay and continue the celebration, additional days can be added at an affordable rate of $5,000.00 per day.
