Under The Umbrellas is one of 10 private villas on our property. It one bedroom, full kitchen, living and dining area.
Guest access
Banana River Resort is a private gated facility. When you enter the gate please park along the north side of the fence.
Other things to note
You will love our Resort! You don’t even have to leave to have a great time. We have river and beach access. Your rental includes the use of all of our water sports equipment such as: surf boards, paddle boards, kayaks, boogie boards and more!
Chasing Pelicans and Under The Umbrellas are on the same air conditioning so the room will be set to 72 at all times. If you would like to adjust the temperature you can contact the Property Manager. We can only adjust the temperature if the adjoining villa is in agreement or unoccupied. Thank you for understanding! Villa 10
